AMY NOONE: CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Amy Noone has a record of performance in leading and operating advocacy organizations. For 16 years, she successfully oversaw a national non-profit.  In her position, Amy helped the group become a strong center-right voice on a variety of issues as well as political campaigns. Her outstanding performance helped make her a voice for conservative principles in multiple organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the American Conservative Union (ACU).  In 2016, she was a senior advisor to a presidential candidate during the contest for the Republican nomination. After the election, Amy served in a leadership position for the 2017 Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC), helping to produce several events for President Trump’s inauguration.  Recently, she opened Brew Republic Bierwerks, a craft brewery in Woodbridge, Virginia outside Washington, D.C. Amy is responsible for leading the expansion and distribution of the Brew Republic brands outside the tap room to on and off premise accounts. Her passion to serve others is seen every day by those she assists in achieving their goals and dreams. An expert strategist, Amy has assisted multiple organizations to establish effective strategic plans, as well as organize staff, develop fundraising programs and maximize overall effectiveness. Her three most valued blessings in life are her three children, Grace, Isabel, and Michael. They reside in Montclair, Virginia.

BILL GREENER III: PRESIDENT AND PRINCIPAL SPOKESPERSON

Bill Greener III has spent more than 40 years in the arena of public policy and politics. He has held positions in the White House, as well as Cabinet Departments including Director of Public Affairs at the Department of Energy.  During the Reagan Administration, Bill directed both the communications and political divisions of the Republican National Committee (RNC). In the private sector, he headed communications and state government affairs at International Paper and was vice president for public affairs at Wheelabrator Technologies. During most of the 1990’s, he was a partner at Smith & Harroff, a political and public affairs firm, before forming Greener and Hook as the founding partner in 1998. Greener and Hook assists individual companies, associations, and ad hoc organizations, as well as Republican candidates and conservative organizations with their communication needs — everything from talking points for a private meeting to a television commercial to digital ads and social media are provided to clients. Bill has served in a senior position in virtually every National Republican Convention since 1984 including CEO of the 1996 Convention in San Diego, program coordinator in 2008, and program director in 2016. He was the executive producer for public events and ceremonies for the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC) in 2017.  When the challenge involves the combination of public policy, public opinion, and political considerations, Bill has earned a reputation for formulating and overseeing the execution of winning strategies where creating and delivering the right messages to the right audiences via the right communications platforms are the difference between victory and defeat.
